How long will it take to receive my order?

The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days, depending on the destination.  We usually ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow more time during the holidays. We will ship as quickly as possible, but sometimes we have a backlog due to unavailable products, or holiday orders.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?

No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses. Please make arrangements with our staff if you require shipping to a foreign address. We will do all we can to accomodate you. 

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges vary according to product weight and destination. Most products are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software). In most cases, rapid delivery requires an additional fee.

Can I have overnight shipping?

Yes, overnight shipping is available.  Most overnight can be accomodated if received by 10 AM on the day before desired delivery.  Overnight can ONLY be sent on Monday through Thursday unless special arrangements and cost adjustments are made for weekend delivery. Please call for details for your area.

Please Note:   ANY packages sent via air, as in Overnight, Second Day Air, and Third Day Select have a dimensional shipping rate, which differs from regular ground poundage.  This rate must be calculated on a per package and destination basis and will be charged according to UPS costs.  The difference between ground and air will be added to your charge.  We will inform you of those charges.
