Which credit cards do you accept?
The follwing cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We will also honor debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. Regretfully, American Express is not accepted at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as it is within 24 hours and the item has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel. We will do all we can within that period of time.
I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
All requests for credits must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 10-14 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
All sales in California will automatically have a 7.75% sales tax added.
How do I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel your order, simply email your name, address, phone number and order number to customercare@sweetandfree.com. Or call us at 415-453-0556.
This must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
