Our packaging and shipping practices protect your order. During the warmer months we strongly recommend shipping via overnight or two day air to protect the delicate chocolates. We will always add ice to protect your shipment, but that may not be enough for shipping over two days. Although we will do everything in our power to ensure your chocolate arrives intact, we cannot be held responsibility if you choose to send via ground. To further protect your gift, we only ship on Monday and Tuesday for cross country destinations during the warm months. Within the western states, shipment time is shorter and we may still ship on Wednesdays to most western destinations. These restrictions only apply during the warm months.

If something does not meet with your satisfaction, please call us and we will resolve the matter in the most expedient way. We appreciate your business and want to be sure you are happy with your basket.

Subject to availability it may be necessary to substitute products of equal or greater value.

During warm weather months our policy is to ship our baskets with ice. Ice will not last 5 or 6 day, so therefore we do not ship over the weekends. All packages are shipped to arive no later than Saturday for residential addresses or Friday for business addresses.
